If you are completing an eConsult for another person (proxy eConsult) please note that we may not be able to respond to you with information regarding that person without their consent.  

The eConsult service is intended for our patients who are in the UK at the time of using e-Consult and not for those who are overseas for any reason.  Please refer to our News Section for further details. 

Please submit one eConsult per problem. 

The normal response time for e-Consult is 2 working days - please do not contact the surgery to chase your response before this time.   All urgent consults will be contacted sooner.

If you are over 55 years of age, need a hearing test and are not already on an NHS hearing pathway, and think you might benefit from free NHS hearing aids, you can now self-refer to the local Audiology service
